Equipment Donations
The Cancer Research Foundation is so thankful for and proud of the amazing community around us and the creative ways that individuals are able to support cancer research efforts. One of the easiest and most innovative ways to fund research efforts is to donate old equipment, laptops, phones, and tablets.
We accept functioning equipment, update the software, clean up the hardware, and then auction these items in various online and in-person events. The proceeds then benefit cancer research funding efforts.
Clear out your old equipment… receive a tax deductible donation receipt… make a difference in the fight against cancer!
What we are looking for…
The most commonly donated equipment includes office equipment (home and business) such as laptops, servers, mobile phones, and tablets.
In addition to office equipment, we can accept bikes, generators, musical instruments, trailers, solar panels, and more. We are then able to sell these through various charity auctions and events to raise funds for cancer research.
How to get started…
Complete the form below. Once our team receives your information, we will email you with confirmation that we can accept the item and an approximate amount that you will receive in the form of a tax deductible receipt (based upon fair market value) for your donated item(s).
Once confirmed, you can mail your donation to our mailing address or drop it off directly (if you are in the area). We will provide you an applicable tax deductible donation receipt as soon as the item has been received.
